- Understanding of the Mobility process, Managing entire mobility operations to include project management, team management, client and stakeholder management

- Mobility and Immigration function with a huge transactional, and tight deadline driven environment

- Support and manage the overall Mobility program for practitioners travelling out bound of USI offices

- Collaborate with Resource Managers, employees, vendors & internal teams to ensure smooth mobility process and ensure the databases are updated and business is kept posted on the status for every milestone.

- Provide right guidance as needed based on the business requirement and understanding
