Candidate should have experience into following :

- Strong Telecom background

- Knowledge on BSS / OSS processes

- Understanding of eTom framework or any other industry framework.

- Designing processes

- Business process re-engineering and improvement

- Business Transformation

- Exposure of SDLC - Agile Methodology and ITIL processes

- Exposure in modeling tools (eg: Visio and other BPMN tool)
