Job Description:

Basic:

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education

- At least 13-15 years of experience with Property and Casualty Insurance Domain expertise

- Perform as a technical subject matter expert for domain process consultant in Property and Casualty Insurance domain.

- Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.

- Expertise in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc

Preferred:

- Master's Degree in business administration

- At least 9 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Solution Design /Detailing of Processes

- At least 6years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering in a client facing role for US based Insurers

- Analytical and Communication skills

- Project, talent management and thought leadership

- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

This position is for Chennai/Pune

As a Principal Consultant your role is to be an integral part of the consulting team.

- You will engage on complex assignments related to business consulting and problem definition. You will review the effort and guide teams on project processes, deliverables and lead proposal development by providing thought leadership.

- You will be an active leader in the contribution to client training and in-house capability building with the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers that enable our clients to develop practical, outcome-based solutions that meet the ever-growing and changing needs of the global landscape.
