Property & Casualty - Insurance Experts needed - holding US H1B visa

- Looking for Property & Casualty - Insurance Experts with 2-8 yrs of experience from a Management Consulting background.

- Must have valid US H1B visa

- Must be MBA (2 yrs Full time) from Tier 1 B School.

Base location - India (Gurgaon / Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai).

Job Responsibilities:

- Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, and technology

- Assisting in the development of to-be processes

- Underwriting, Property & Casualty, Policy Services, Product Management.

- Assisting in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies

- Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training)

- Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions

Job Purpose:

- Supports Insurance consulting engagements in an offshore:onshore model

- Supports building of Insurance Consulting practice and Insurance Consulting assets, methodologies, etc. from offshore

- Support research and market making initiatives in insurance consulting domain

Processes:

- Work on consulting engagements with insurance clients across the globe which in areas such as:

- Business process optimization

- Underwriting profitability analysis

- Claims transformation
