- Overall 2-7 years of experience in consulting or a relevant industry

- Should meet Analyst level requirements (as listed above)

- Strong industry and functional experience in any of the following

- Maintenance and reliability aspects in the Oil & Gas industry.

- Upstream Production

- Strong business process management skills

- Demonstrate a strong track record of solving complex business issues and delivering client satisfaction

- Ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to “C” level executives.

- Can mentor or lead junior team members on a project
