- People Management
- Ensuring Strong Professional Relationship and Joint Business Plans with the Accounts
- Thorough understanding of customer relationship management
- Experience in Account lifecycle management for my key accounts through preparing and executing overall account plan, drafting business proposals (preparing an understanding of client's requirements, project scoping, bringing together relevant credentials and related service offerings).
- Expertise in creating and executing business strategies to continuously increase robustness of processes, products, and services.
- Efective campaign and ROI management (for ATL, BTL and TTL mediums), salesforce and outlet level productivity etc
