Consulting Manager - Management Consulting Firm

We are hiring a Consulting Manager for our client company which is a leader in Management Consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

1) Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs.

2) Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements.

3) Collect and interpret relevant information and data.

4) Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue.

5) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.

6) Analyze data to identify problem areas.

7) Develop plans to implement solutions.

Qualifications:

1) MBA degree required.

2) 4+ years of proven experience in business consultation or strategy making and implementation required.

3) Proficiency in MS Office.

4) Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.

5) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills.

7) Aptitude in creative problem-solving.
