Consulting Manager - High Tech Domain Looking for candidates with strong consulting strategy experience in High Tech industry Position: Consulting Manager Education: MBA is a must - 7+ years of progressive experience in Management Consulting with focus on High tech industry - Ideal candidate is who has previously worked with companies like Cisco, Nokia, Phillips, motorola, Ericsson, Amazon, HPE, Siemens, Dell etc and currently working for Big 4`s with hands on experience in Strategy consulting with Digital transformation space. - Ideal candidate who is working with Big4`s or similar consulting and strategy firms or IT Consulting firms working for clients in High Tech domain - Good experience on Operating Model Assessment, creating a roadmap for Operating Model Assessment, Contracts and Pricing Engagement tools, with exposure to Hi-Tech Industry - Experience in either of the focus areas : Operating Model Assessment / Digital Process Transformation / RPA. - Managed engagements in the areas of Digital Transformation, Operating Model Transformation and Process Optimization in the High Tech Industry - Good exp in Strategic roadmap around emerging technologies, Go-to-market strategy, large-scale business transformation etc - Driven transformation programs with experience in value tracking &amp; reporting, metrics &amp; KPI design, business case, SOPs, project management, governance and PMO - Sound understanding of cloud-based business Product management experience including design-thinking to drive customer centric target business and operating models - Willing to travel domestic and international locations
