Overall Purpose of Job

Extensive work experience in delivering consulting engagements.

Responsibilities/Authorities

- Engagement Management: Providing Solutions and delivering of client projects.

- Domain Development: Health - Revenue Cycle analysis

Experience

- Candidate should be having good work experience and understanding of US healthcare market, payers and providers.

- Knowledge of provider revenue cycle process and expertise in one or more areas such as Compliance, Patient Access, Scheduling, claim processing, payer relations/negotiations and/or EDI. transaction sets domain. Knowledge of mcash management and finances is a plus.

- ICD-10 experience and exposure desirable.

- Strong Project and Program Management experience including managing budgets, timelines, communication and allied activities.

- A minimum of 1-8 years of consulting experience or deep industry experience.

- An MBA from a Tier 1 B School.

Key Competencies & Characteristics:

- The individual must be comfortable working at higher of client organizations.

- The individual must be able to work with limited direction and should be self-driven

- Should be able to understand at high level offerings in the healthcare space and be able to carry out the first conversation without assistance from consulting personnel.

Skills:

- Health - Revenue Cycle analysis.

- US healthcare market, payers and providers.

- Provider revenue cycle process.
