We are looking for a candidate from CONSULTING industry who has exposure in Sales & Distribution Process

Salary is around INR 14-22 LPA

MBA from BEST Institutes ( IIM , MDI ,IIFT, XLRI,SP Jain and other TOP ranked institues from INDIA and
GLOBE.

Experience is +4 years POST - MBA

Key Function :

- The S&D systems is at an early stage of evolution. We are looking for a candidate whose primary FUNCTION is to do SALES FORCE AUTOMATION and systems development . Integration of people , process and technology

- Integration of all LOBs under one umbrella and integrate with excellent S&D process.

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

- An integrated system for prepaid forward and reverse logistics.

- Implement secondary sales system across all circles all distributors

- Integrate seamlessly primary secondary tertiary

- Sales force automation :explore the possibilities, borrow best practices form FMCG pioneers and put in place a hand-held based system that allows on-line secondary and tertiary (APEF acceptance) entries as well as tracking of challagn and call productivity parameters

- Designing of reports and analyses at various levels

- An integrated system for Postpaid , Sales Automation for field force hand held based access to NMS and online entry of basic SEF details for activation integrated with the internal server

- Explore possibilities, study best practices for automation of institutional sales from prospect to customers to servicing

- Effective Systems and Automation for special channels 1. Rural tie ups 2. Bank ATMs, web based channel, Lapu

- Systems & Automation Vision Develop a vision for S&D automation over the next 3 years and 5 years
