We are looking for a candidate from CONSULTING industry who has exposure in Sales & Distribution Process
Salary is around INR 27-32 LPA

MBA from BEST Institutes ( IIM , MDI ,IIFT, XLRI,SP Jain and other TOP ranked institues from INDIA and GLOBE.

National Corporate Profile into strategic decision making and dynamic work enviorment .

Key Functions :

- Sales & Distribution business transformation,

- Sales & Distribution business Improvement,

- Sales & Distribution Process Metrics & Analytics,

- Change Management,

- Project Management,

- Performance Monitoring,

People , Process and Technology convergence

1. Explore the possibilities, borrow best practices from SALES & DISTRIBUTION of best MNCS & other pioneers and put in place a system

2. Conceptual definition of the distribution portal requirements

3. Coordination with IT team on daily basis on keeping a close monitoring on development

4. Coordination with circle sale and distribution team for preparation of PILOT

5. ensuring that correct beat level retailer wise data is uploaded in portal for master management

6. Defining and implementing support matrix for distributors

7. Managing training of distribution portal to Pilot distributors,sales team circle EC’s in circles

8. Institutionalizing Dynamic feedback collection mechanism so that we can ensure periodic release of market requirements in portal
