Consulting Group Leader - Fortune 100 MNC

We are seeking to identify an experienced consulting professional for one of our clients, a Fortune 100 American multinational that has diverse business interests in Technology, Automation and Material Sciences.

- This is a senior management role, leading a large team of domain consultants with varied experience and backgrounds, to drive new technology initiatives, IT strategy and business concepts within the businesses of the group.

- This role will involve working with business unit leaders to identify opportunities and strategies for higher levels of solutions delivery as well as to develop strategic and operating plans.

- The ideal profile we are seeking is a candidate with engineering and management qualifications from premier institutions and approximately 12-15 years of professional experience across technology and consulting with both technical and business experience

The key skills required for this role are :

1. Ability to articulate strategy for technology in response to business vision and objectives.

2. Ability to formulate recommendations for action, taking into account broader business implications.

3. Ability to lead a team of experienced domain experts for delivery of business solutions and the vision to develop their future skills.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with the highest executive levels in the organization.
