Job Description

Division: Board of Growth & Development

Location: Gurgaon

Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a recognized University. MBA preferred.

Experience required: 18 - 20 years

Area of Responsibility:

- Develop and secure business for the Group concentrating on Transportation, Energy and Realty & Townships.

- Develop business across all service lines including Engineering design, Construction Supervision, Advisory Services and Operations & Maintenance

- Drive relationships with Govt. Departments, large contractors and consultants.

- Source business from large contractors and consultant community.

- Alliance with multi-national consultants

- Take ownership and responsibility of BD proposals/bids

- Support development of 3 year high growth business plan and monitor adherence on quarterly/monthly basis

- Arranges access to Decision makers for Vertical Leaders and Sector Experts

- Ensures Registration with key authorities and departments

- Review client contracts and ensure client management to support project delivery

- Supports payment collections

Skills & Competencies required:

- Relationships at senior level in key Govt. departments

- Combination of Techno-commercial orientation with sound understanding of P&L, contractual terms

- Strong business development experience in winning marquee deals

- Experience in forming consortia / JVs with leading consulting firms

- Some experience in Multilats or advisory or consulting companies.

- Independent, Strong Can do attitude and gets motivated by high growth targets

- Strong communication and effective presentation skills

- Strong business leadership, with sense of ownership and collaborative work style

- Maturity to deal with ambiguity
