Senior Management - Resources (Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Metal and Mining)

Qualification:

MBA (Full Time) from tier 1/2 B School.

Experience :

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Industry + consulting of which 3 -5 years in consulting (in consulting organization) with domestic experience

- An excellent, established track record for selling and delivering consulting engagements

- Preferred candidates who have had account management experience.

- Experience of managing key ‘accounts’ in the utility sector and working with “C” level executives at these clients

- Extensive work experience in the Utility Industry

- Project Feasibility

- Plant Operations and Maintenance – Improve plant operations practices, supply chain mgmt etc.

- Maintenance improvement practices etc.

- Overall industry dynamics and understanding of key trends affecting the industry

- Project management.

- Domestic experience is must.
