A minimum of 1 – 3 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience in the CGS/Products/Auto/IE industry

Sales professionals to design/develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of sales organizations through sales diagnostic, process re engineering, sales talent management, incentive management, and operations optimization.

Consulting or functional experience in

- Sales Strategy and Business Planning

- Product and market entry/launch strategy

- Sales Operations

- Channel management ( Direct / Indirect)

- Sales Force Incentive Management

- Trade Spend management

- Experience working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation project desirable

- Strong program management/ people management skills

- Experience working with “C” level executives

- MBA from a Tier 1 B School

- Global exposure will be desirable
