The HR Practice is a boutique HR consulting firm, with a highly differentiated service offering. Founded over 9 years ago at Bangalore by an XLRI alumnus Anu Sharma, the Firm has engaged with over 100+ corporations, supporting them in their Human Capital Management efforts.

We have two distinct practices - Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others.

Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as Food Panda as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM, SAP, ATG to name a few, we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories . The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore and Mumbai, and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.

Currently looking for people with talent acquisition and Business Development Experience in the on Campus space

The client : Is a significant player in the education space, with differentiated offerings for mid and senior level corporate world keen on accelerated career path

Role Profile : Senior Consultant, Advisory Services. The incumbent would anchor the project, interfacing closely with Corporates leveraging the relationship to facilitate the campus connect for win win opportunities for the corporate and the client

The role scope :

The incumbent will manage client facing role. Involves significant travel within Bangalore

- Delivering Managed Services and advisory services to assigned clients

- Manage delivery of key client deliverables, through a team of consultants strategic & operational basis the client context

- Building own and team's capability.

Desired Profile :

- MBA from a reputed institute

- 8 - 12 years Consulting / Talent Acquisition ( Lateral and Premium on campus hiring) Experience with reputed organisations or big search firms

- Business Development experience in the Talent Acquisition space, networking with corporates

- Familiarity of Big Corporate Talent acquisition framework - process / key decision making drivers

- Prowess in interacting and pitching to corporate leadership

- Excellent verbal and written communications

- Excellent Networking / influencing skills

- Project Management Skills

- Understanding of Career Frame work
