Consultants/Senior Consultant - Recruitment

XpertReach is a fast growing Executive Search firm established in 2008. We are looking for Consultants/ Senior Consultants to join our team.

Location : Gurgaon

As a Consultants your role would involve :-

- Independent delivery responsibility for client mandates

- Research and build knowledge of various sectors

- Develop the search strategy and lead execution

- Communicate effectively with senior management - both candidates and clients.

- High level of influencing skills required.

MBA with professional qualification preferred.

Years of Experience : 3 to 6

HR qualifications or experience is not mandatory. Professionals with consulting / banking/ entrepreneurial experience or deep understanding and experience in any sector .
