Role & responsibilities :
- Deliver a consultative and high-quality executive search service to business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help hire top leadership talent
- Drive executive search mandates by identifying key sourcing channels and implement sourcing strategies through market intelligence and industry knowledge
- Create a healthy pipeline of highly skilled senior management talent by deploying different search channels like, social media, job portals, referrals, search firms, networking, etc.
- Create candidate reports, synopsis for every candidate and work with internal teams to plan & coordinate interviews along with driving weekly cadence calls with business leaders
- Plan and execute interviews (in-person, virtual) in partnership with Talent operations
- Establish yourself as the expert and trusted talent acquisition partner for being exceptional at building market intelligence, providing insight on competitors and peer organizations
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience
Preferred candidate profile :
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to network and engage with leadership talent
- 10-15 years of Executive Search across tech hiring and understanding of digital space
- Proven track record of sourcing and/ or recruiting focused on Executive level/ leadership positions within an Executive search firm/ in house team
- Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and other sources of leadership talent
