Consultant - Technology Management - Drilling & Completions

- Provide advice and support in the development and implementation of a cutting-edge Drilling & Completions technology program across the organization.

- Provide specialized and expert-level technical advice on the latest advancements and state-of-the-art technologies related to Drilling & Completions.

- Foster technological innovation by generating novel ideas and solutions to address challenges faced by assets.

- Identify opportunities for enhancing existing technologies within the Drilling & Completions portfolio, define and validate asset challenges, scout key and emerging technologies, oversee proactively field pilot trial implementation, address pilot obstacles, analyse reports and outcomes, and make recommendations for new or improved technologies, procedures, and approaches.

- Provide advice and support in performing comprehensive techno-economic evaluations of new and existing technologies, assessing cost structures and value creation for projects under supervision.

- Provide advice and support in the evaluation of key and emerging technologies and trends in the Oil & Gas industry relating to Drilling & Completions, providing insightful assessments and recommendations for adoption.

- Represent the company in negotiations and collaborations with manufacturers, vendors, and external consultants to ensure seamless technology integration and partnership success.

- Contribute to the industry's knowledge base by preparing technical papers for international professional societies and technical groups, and actively participating in industry committees and specialized groups.

- Share expertise through training, conduct in-house technical courses and workshops, and mentor young engineers to develop their skills within the Drilling & Completions domain.

- Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to Drilling & Completions technologies, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Participate in multi-disciplinary technology management initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiencies, optimizing operational costs, and minimizing environmental impact.
