- Building a robust pipeline of resumes to ensure the productivity of N offers a month
- Ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality are maintained through all processes, and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
- Source (identify) active candidates where required, utilizing different channels (e.g. client database, job board databases)
- Upon application, screen candidate applications for initial suitability
- Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates (prior to application or post application as directed)
- Managing Clients and Stakeholders.
