Currently hiring for a startup which is into recruitment consulting for MNCs of Financial, Research, Analytics domains.

Role:

- Lias with the stakeholders in terms of current requirements.

- Understanding the requirements and devising strategies around Sourcing, timeline, delivery.

- Interview candidates according to the requirements.

- Liason for the entire interview process with the candidate

- Offer negotiations between client and successful candidates.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- Freshers with any type of degree.

- ability to understand and relate to various roles and positions to be filled at client's end

- self motivated to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision

- work from home with flexible timings if required
