Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 7 - 10 yrs

Looking for Immediate Joinee - at least max 30 days

- Responsible for a End to end recruiting functions. Seeks out candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and resources.

- Develops new candidate sources, including networks, referrals, and outreach programs. Mines web for passive candidates.

- Proactively consults with all levels of management regarding staffing strategy and requirements. Anticipates hiring needs and supports the development of strategic workforce plans. Strong negotiation skills and should play strategic advisor role to business by facilitating market intelligence on availability of team.

- Execute hiring plan for volume and niche hiring as per business provided timelines. Strong in recruiting analytics, Social media advertising and MS office tools( MUST)

- Attends job fairs and campus recruiting events
