SF- Compensation
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in design and configuration of SuccessFactors Compensation module.
2. Must have 2-3 full life cycle implementation/Support experience for Compensation cycle release
3. Leading the design for SF compensation variable pay module / long term incentive / merit for salaried / union -non- union employees in collective.
4. Leading compensation statement and various reporting tools for building compensation reports 3.Expertise on Data models configuration.4. Workflows, event reason configuration and Business rules
5. Foundation and Generic object configuration and custom MDF for People profile.
6. People Profile set up.
7. Role base permissions (groups and roles)
8. Compensation forms creation, design worksheet and compensation cycle release
9. Manage Business configuration set up (country level and user type level)
10. Willing to work in US Hours Shift - 5 PM TO 2 AM
