Consultant - Strategy Finance - Infrastructure

Government Reforms and Infrastructure Development (GRID) is a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) under the Business Advisory Services line of service in the company. The job would require the following: -

Market entry and investment decision making support

Transaction support, due diligence and financial modelling

Support in creation of bidding consortiums and raising of finances, supporting JV and MoU between parties

Policy formulation and advocacy, programme formulation

Project design and capacity building

Improvement of operational efficiency of organisations/ business units or projects

Business plan and strategy

Technology adoption and implementation

Capital project development and programme management

Preparation of manuals (accounts, finance, audit, budget)

Annual business plan of utilities

Regulatory support to multiple stakeholders in the value chain

Project risk assessment

Improving energy efficiency and optimising returns
