Consultant - Strategy Consulting

Collaborate with senior consultants, engagement managers and practice heads to provide client deliverables and assist in business development activities.

- Consultants provide finer insights and analysis that helps BA drive results for our clients.

- Consultants are additionally responsible for project approach methodology and business development proposals.

- Consultants receive broad business exposure by travelling to client sites or other several locations to conduct primary research and gain in-depth insights

- Support engagement managers and practice heads with problem definition and designing approach methodology, recommendations, etc

- Manage vendor relationships and undertake business development activities by preparing project / work proposals, capability decks, etc

- Support consultants and managers in strategy consulting assignments for clients

- Interact seamlessly with team members and clients if required to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met

- Develop models and frameworks to explain larger forces that drive various industries such as financial models, pricing models, etc

- Conduct on-field primary research to develop deeper insights and work alongside client teams to add value to projects

- Take complete ownership of the projects assigned as well as guide analysts and associate consultants on research and analysis techniques

- Bachelors degree (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics) from a top-tier university (such as IITs, NITs, DU, etc.);

- Preferred MBA from a top-tier B-School (such as IIMs, XLRI, etc.) in India or abroad

- 2-4 years in a strategy/ consulting role (preferably), or in the industry along the areas of strategy/ marketing/ other key roles

Required skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work well within teams

- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively handle multiple assignments simultaneously, set priorities, be proactive, etc

- Detail-oriented with high standards for written and visual presentation of information
