Job Description - This role will be based out of Mumbai / Bangalore As a Consultant/Senior Consultant you will :

- Partner with Stakeholders to develop new business with existing and new clients in Retail and CPG domain

- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems

- Perform high end analytics and provide Business solutions

- Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members Manage projects and assist in managing Client Relationships

- Present the insights in a clear and creative manner

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant you will have:

- Masters/Ph.D. (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics) from Top Tier Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 2-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Supply chain Analytics, Sales and Distribution Analytics, Churn Analytics, Attrition / Retention Analytics, Inventory Optimisation, Digital channel effectiveness

- Exposure to Big data Analytics and Machine Learning would be an added advantage

- Experience in Telecom, Technology, Entertainment and Media sectors preferred

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects, Spotfire

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Leadership and decision making skills
