Consultant/Sr Consultant - SAP MDG/MDM

MDG Consultant/Sr.Consultant: at least 4 – 5 yrs in MDM/ MDG space; at least 1 full lifecycle MDG project exp

We are a fast growing US based consulting and systems integration firm. Our Consulting team in India is looking for experienced MDG Consultants.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Gathering user requirements and determining the scope of the project

- Implementation of SAP MDG Solution for masters like Customer, Vendor, Material, Financial masters etc.

- Enhancement of existing Master and Implementation of custom master

- Define strategy of initial/delta data upload to MDG

- Define strategy for data replication from MDM to SAP/Non-SAP systems using ALE/IDOC/SOA etc.

- Resolving simple to very complex MDG implementation issues of clients

- Provide knowledge transfer to customers

- Develop and foster a collaborative working relationship with clients. Works collaboratively with the team, consultants, project managers, and corporate development to develop consulting and project methodology, techniques, tools, and solutions.

- Provide guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to team members and client staff.

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Implementation experience of Master Data Management Solutions with a minimum of 4 years of hands on experience in Master Data Management Solutions.

- Experience in at least 1 full project lifecycles SAP MDG implementations

- Hands-On and Development Experience in ABAP OO Programming, ABAP WebDynpro, FPM, business workflow, ALE/IDOC and SOA

- Excellent team leading and people skills

- Excellent communication skills towards teams and top-management level

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent degree in pertinent discipline from a well-known and accredited university or institution

- Strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities with an ability to balance theory and practical reality.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments.

- Solid oral and written communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences.

- Self-motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation capabilities, especially in driving consensus among senior technical resources.
