Job Description - As a Consultant/Senior Consultant you will :

- Partner with Stakeholders to develop new business with existing and new clients in Retail and CPG domain

- Develop Statistical Models and Frameworks to provide Solutions to Client Business Problems

- Perform high end analysis and provide Business solutions

- Coach and serve as a role model for Project team members

- Manage projects and assist in managing Client Relationships

The Successful Candidate - As a Successful Applicant you will have:

- Masters/Ph.D. (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics) from Top Tier Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE

- 3-8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Supply chain Analytics, Sales and Distribution Analytics, Pricing Analytics

- Exposure to Big data Analytics and Machine Learning would be an added advantage

- Experience in Social media, e-commerce, Retail and CPG sectors preferred

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Business Objects

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Leadership and decision making skills
