Looking for professionals to handle Marketing & Sales Dept, who should be having min 4 years of experience in concept sales, handling key/major accounts, handled top management of client. Candidate should be from engineering background, done full time MBA in marketing. Detailed JD given below.

Job Purpose: Acquisition of new clients and Expanding existing customer bill size with B2B marketing approach

Role Description:

Acquisition of new clients to increase revenue:

- Exploring and tapping new prospective clients through a close evaluation of current market opportunities

- Continuous watch on specific target companies to acquire new business in line with Shining delivery capabilities

- Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze the pain areas of target companies.

- Preparation of strategic notes based on the pain areas identified as per 4 delivery capabilities of Shining Consulting

- Prospecting the target customers through various mediums to build positive relationship with the client

- Preparation of pitch presentation for the client on the basis of gaps analysed and the client discussion.

- Work with Chairman to finalise the pitch presentation to the prospective clients

- Analysing the clients expectation from Shining consulting and convert this in to the scope of the work

- Play effective role in concluding business opportunity by taking cognizance of legal implications and agreements

- Achieving set revenue targets by converting the potential clients into the real business

Expanding existing customer bill size:

- Keep the track of existing clients, maintain good relation to generate new business opportunity from the same

- Exploring specific needs to anticipate new business opportunities with the existing clients

- Continuous watch on existing client industry for new developments to pitch for the areas where shining can add value to their business

B2B Marketing approach in our consulting business to enable the sales:

- Promote Shining Consulting through various proactive means to create the right impact for Shining's business development in a very noble and high ground platform.

- Ownership of Social Networking (facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc) & Website updation to create impact on Shining's revenue

- Maintaining all of Shining's customer contracts design, signing & collection

- Preparation and action for all external seminars that are focused on creating our brand pull

- Preparation for and dissemination of different kinds of white papers to create business impact in sales
