Consultant/Senior SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals with proven expertise in implementing SuccessFactors solutions across various modules for an exciting opportunity within a leading Indian conglomerate. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving the successful deployment of SuccessFactors applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and delivering exceptional value to our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or contribute to complex SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation, Payroll, and Work Zone modules.

- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout all stages of the implementation process.

- Design, configure, test, and deploy customized SuccessFactors solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

- Provide guidance and support during go-live activities, training sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and propose effective resolutions.

- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights, identifying trends, and proposing innovative approaches.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a SuccessFactors consultant, ideally working with multiple modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, Offboarding, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Compensation, Payroll, and Work Zone.

- Strong understanding of HR processes and their alignment with SuccessFactors capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead and execute complex projects from start to finish, demonstrating excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in configuring and administering SuccessFactors applications using SAP Cloud Platform tools like UI Theme Designer, Extensions Framework, and REST API.

- Experience with integrating SuccessFactors applications with other enterprise systems is highly desirable.

- Certification(s) in relevant SuccessFactors products is preferred but not mandatory.
