Job Description:

- Due Diligence/ Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of Coal and other mineral projects

- Policy and Regulatory Scenario in the coal sector including the end user industries especially power generation and such other sectors as Cement and Steel

- Transaction Advisory Assistance for selection of Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)/ Joint Venture Partner

- Transaction Advisory Assistance to State Governments in auctions of mineral blocks

- Bid Advisory and the associated modeling for Minerals Auctions

- Bid Advisory to private mining players for MDO opportunities

- Assessment of alternate sources of coal supplies - e-auctions, traders, imported coal.

Education: Btech Mining(MUST) + MBA
