Consultant/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain & Operations Transformation - Pre Sales

Required Skills :
- MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes with 3-4 years of presales experience, at least partly in supply chain function is crucial
- Prior experience of responding to RFPs, maintaining analyst relationships, generating solution ideas & driving projects to cover gaps in solution portfolios, preparing GTM strategy for new solutions.
- Knowledge of supply chain solutions market and sound understanding of solutions (2-3 of these solutions) is required
- Functional knowledge of SCM processes (Plan, Procure, Make, Deliver) and process mining skills will be an added plus
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and client/stakeholder management is an essential part of the role
- Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
- Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit for this role
Responsibilities :
Candidate will be responsible for all deal deliverables.
- Participate in discussion with clients/Capability practice in bid life cycle including solution workshop, estimations, proposal authoring and presentations.
- Ensure team synergy across globally dispersed country practices and supporting them with bids on supply chain solutions.
- Display thought by preparing solution articulations, GTM strategies, publishing whitepaper, participate in industry forums and developing credentials
- Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with the task of delivering Supply Chain engagements for clients across various Industry Groups
- Work on supply chain process design/ reengineering/ implementation projects related to the process and/or tool
Travel : International travel up to 10-20% may be require
