Consultant/Senior Consultant - Strategy & Transformation - Consulting Firm

Work with global clients on a wide range of strategy and transformation initiatives engage with client C-suite on their top of the mind business problems and help shape their enterprise strategy.

Work on project delivery as well as contribute to business development efforts.

Key expectations from this role include:

Desired Profile :

- A top B-school graduate with strong experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, Worked with Fortune 500 organizations on complex transformation programs

- Experience in corporate strategy /management consulting engagements in areas including

a) Target Operating Model

b) Operational Improvement

c) Competitiveness

d) Business cases

e) Large Scale Transformation Programs.

- Experience of developing relationships with senior-level client contacts.

- Experience of programme/project management.

- A proven track record in complex project execution.

- Strong management consulting experience with proven success in large complex organisations.

- Proven ability to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.

- Versatility and collaborative in style, empathetic in nature, confident in content and focussed on outcomes at all levels in the client organisation.
