Efficient Finance Operations - Helping our clients build an efficient finance function, identifying and delivering specific improvements in order to unlock value and resources thus freeing up time for improved decision support activities.

Effective Decision Support - Working with our clients to deliver a fit-for-purpose financial planning and performance management framework in order to help them make better business decisions.

Finance Strategy and Transformation - Working with our clients to define the role of finance in driving the strategic business imperatives, thereby helping the CFO to clearly articulate their Finance vision and strategy, analyze the performance of the finance function, and develop a future state operating model that is fit for purpose.

Regulatory driven change - Assessing the impact of new regulations for our clients, helping them decompose complex regulations, and working with them to help them comply with the latest regulatory reporting requirements.

Process optimization - Understanding the current state business processes and helping our clients re-engineer / optimize the processes in order to unlock more value and efficiency.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with leading corporate institutions in Financial Services sectors (Banking, Insurance, Investment Management and Capital Markets) to manage complex programs / projects for them and advise them on Finance and Operations transformation initiatives covering key areas such as:

- Finance Process Optimization

- Planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Quality Close and Integrated Reporting

- Lean / six sigma initiatives

- Regulatory driven change

- Cash and Working Capital Management

- Finance Shared Service and Outsourcing

- Implementing operating model transformation (systems, processes, controls, people etc.)

- Technology Enabled Finance
