With a focus on financial services in growth markets (Asia & Africa) we are creating the infrastructure necessary to support the 'future of work' and 'agile talent' trends to become a reality today. We have offices in Cape Town, Mumbai, Delhi and Singapore.

- Leading insurers, banks and management consultancies in the financial services sector come to us to find vetted freelancers and independents and build agile teams to support the execution of their key projects.

- We are passionate about building a fair market that works for BOTH sides. Only then will flexible, expertise-led, agile talent models bring long-term success.

- We are now expanding our efforts in India and the Middle East and are looking to bring in a new team member based in the region to support this growth. The role will be diverse supporting in all aspects of establishing and growing a start-up business in a new market. You'll be involved in sales, client support, operations, marketing, data, finance and much more working alongside Outsized MD of South Asia and the Middle East.

- Ideal for new graduates who have finished with their education or are seeking to gain some practical experience pre-MBA, MBA grads looking to get some start-up experience, those looking to re-enter the workplace post an employment break or indeed anyone who is excited about the prospect of building a business from scratch.

- The role is based in Mumbai, also open to considering applications from other locations - Delhi / Bangalore (option to work remotely).
