Consultant/Senior Consultant - Recruitment

The role is based in Gurgaon for a Recruitment Firm . The incumbent should be independent and comes with high zeal and passion for Recruitments. Industry hiring and knowledge will be an advantage . Candidate could be well versed across any of Financial services, Shared services, Insurance, Banking, Professional Services, Ecommerce, Retail, FMCG, FMCD etc)

- Looking for Seasoned Consultants who understand the Recruitment Space.

- The incumbent should have a functional experience of the entire Recruitment Lifecycle

- Has handled lateral hiring from across industries ( Banking / Professional Services / E commerce / Retail) would be preferred,

- Has independently managed clients / candidates life cycle

- The candidate should possess very strong Communication and interpersonal skills

- Team Player
