Your area of responsibility: 1. Lead client consulting engagements to scope the project and design the architecture 2. Develop project deliverables including code 3. Develop methodologies, design patterns, consulting component libraries and toolsets for use in packaged consulting programs 4. Participate in the implementation, testing and process improvement 5. Train partners and customers on Progress methodologies and programs and mentor/supervise them throughout delivery life cycles 6. Follow existing accounts after the presales cycle until the customer application is deployed 7. Participate in the implementation, testing and process improvement To be successful in this role you shall have excellent knowledge of Infrastructure Management, DevOps & DevSecOps tools. Other than that, you shall also be/ have: 1. Fluent in English 2. Engineering degree or equivalent 3. 6+yrs of experience working in such a professional services setup delivering solutions for customers 4. Proven ability to translate business needs to technical requirements and present technology solutions in a business context 5. Good interpersonal and presentation skills in order to interact with your peers within the Professional Services Team and Progress prospects/customers 6. Independent, pro-active and achievement-driven - Must be willing to work in US EST/PST time zones
