Job Description: Product Owner (PO) - Business Analysts in Financial Domain

Level: Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Location: Chennai

- Relevant experience of 4+ years on Business Analysis and Data Analytics area

- Strong Functional background on Finance side - preferably MBA or CA

- Experience in Financial services industry /Banking domain

- Strong Communication Skills

- Ability to perform analysis of the data using the various analytical tools

- Knowledge of Big Data eco-system including tools such as Hadoop, Map Reduce, Yarn, Hive, Pig, Impala, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Impala and Storm - real time experience would be preferable but not mandatory

- Able to translate business requirements into logical and physical data structure design

- Ability to articulate reasons behind the design choices being made

- Work experience in global delivery model and working in different time zones to address client needs

- Experience in RDBMS, Procedure Language (PL/SQL), SQL is preferable but not mandatory

- Experience in running and/or working in Agile model and having the understanding of how Agile projects run

- Experience in leading teams and demonstrated project management and team management skills - scope management, prioritization, risk/issue management, estimation
