Global Village Consulting is a new age Executive Search firm focused on helping a variety of Indian corporate entities hire mid-senior talent in both domestic and international markets for a variety of functional and technical roles. We are looking for experienced consultants who can accomplish the following:
1. Understand client needs from a talent hiring perspective including both stated and unstated needs
2. Identify suitable profiles from immediate and adjacent talent pools.
3. Reach out to relevant candidates and elicit their interest
4. Present the profiles, manage the associated fulfillment logistics and ensure successful closure
5. Ensure all post closure formalities are completed to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
6. Be responsible for end to end account management including account mining while building lasting relationships
7. Work along with the partners of the company in business development in identifying new clients and client segments
The candidates we are looking for should have the following characteristics:
1. Extremely articulate in both written and verbal forms of communication
2. Should be passionate about executive search as a profession
3. An experience between 8-18 years
4. Senior candidates should have had experience of closing CXO mandates
5. Willing to travel and learn about new industries
6. Handhold a small team of research associates independently and lead them to deliver on relevant output to deliver on client outcomes
7. Should be responsible for an independent sales outcomes and targets
The role is based out of Bangalore but will involve travel outside of Bangalore on a need basis
Compensation will be one of the best in the industry
We are open to considering candidates who would like to switch out of industry into executive search
