The focus areas for in terms of needs in the Government and Infrastructure Management are policy advocoacy, regulatory support, Use of technology - reduce cost and improve distribution and delivery of government services, Institution strengthening - new statutory/disclosure requirements - need for fiscal discipline, enhancing delivery capacity of the institutions,Governance - people participation & transparency Services provided by this SBUs to various clients are,Policy Formulation

- Institutional Strengthening

- Project Development

- Project Studies & Structuring

- Improvement of Operational Efficiency

An employee's work profile includes strategy formulation, improving business performance through balanced scorecard approach, advisory services related to power trading, power import-export strategy, private sector participation, regulatory issues, bid process management and ERP implementation.

Willingness to travel and work in tier 2 and tier 3 cities on long-term assignments
