Responsibilities :
- Conduct key stakeholder meetings and enable the stakeholders to share their requirements and concerns
- End to end support to the client to finalize the techno-functional requirements of the Integrated Ticketing System/ Open loop ticketing system
- Define a Project Charter with Project Plan and timelines for implementation, develop the stakeholder communication plan, project governance & reporting plan
- Develop design considerations for various required fare media, fare system architecture, and payments system architecture, and provide recommendations for technology and business models
- Devise implementation framework with transport operators
- Draft Tender document for technical and functional details of solution for the selection of Financial Institution/AFC/SI for implementation of the project
- Help project manager in defining the project plans for various stages of the project, tracking the project activities to control changes to project requirements and meet objectives
- Create detailed business case outlining expected cost and revenue from the proposed systems for the transit agency and the bank
- Coordinate with various departments like risk, legal, finance etc. for project clearance
- Proactively contribute towards thought leadership/newsletters/events etc.
Required Skills (must have) :
- 4 -6 years of experience in transit solutions implementation projects
- Basic understanding of payments solution architecture
- Strong payments domain experience in retail/corporate payments having a detailed understanding of transit solutions
- Problem solving solution skills and experience in handling complex transformation projects
- Broad-based knowledge and experience in P2P/B2B/B2C/G2P payments applications, channels, Message specs such as ISO 20022, ISO 8583, SWIFT, SEPA etc.
- Client facing experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Project manager in payments implementation projects.
- Strong communication, client handling and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills :
1. Prior consulting experience in the transit domain with consulting organizations.
2. Corporate payments implementation experience.
3. Consultative selling skills.
