Consultant/Senior Consultant - Outsourcing/BPO/IT Sector (4-7 yrs)
Job Title : Outsourcing/BPO/IT Management Consultants/Senior Consultants
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 4-7 yrs. (Post MBA)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To provide outsourcing/BPO/IT consulting to top notch MNCs and government agencies
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sourcing and globalization advisory - Bid structuring and vendor evaluation, Outsourcing risk assessment
2. Key contributor as part of ITO strategic/transactional advisory team supporting sourcing/transformation initiatives of large MNCs, Governments and International agencies
3. Assist and/or lead role in the development of initial assessments, project plans, vendor research and selections, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations and post selection administrative actions
4. Identify/pursue sales opportunities, including new lead generation, proposal response creation, presentation and follow-up
5. Contribute to practice development initiatives, including sales and marketing collateral development, IP development, thought leadership content creation and solution development
6. Good experience with consulting engagements or with large consulting firm or specialty practice related to the outsourcing industry.
7. Experience focused on transformation aspects including shared services, operational improvement and outsourcing/offshoring.
8. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in financial management of global outsourced Services and Service Providers.
9. Proven knowledge and experience in sourcing financial management.
10. An understanding of global corporate financial practices and goals - including drivers of process costs, ability to work with Service Providers to ensure effective cost solutions and agreed upon service level agreements.
11. Practice development experience, including sales and marketing collateral development, IP development and solution development.
12. Understands full sourcing lifecycle.
13. Team development and management experience, Mentor junior consultants/analysts/interns on consulting engagements
14. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to all levels of management including senior leaders.
