Job Description : - We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join us as Consultant / Sr. Consultant for our growing Products and insights team. - Consultant will be responsible for ensuring delivery of high-quality work outputs for our Med Tech business by working closely with internal team members. - The candidate must have an understanding Indian Pharma and Life Sciences ecosystem and interplay among players including medical devices. - This position will play a crucial role in implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects (market assessment, market landscaping, perception studies, price benchmarking, launch strategies etc.) Key responsibilities include: - Preference {Must}: 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience in medical devices and with a strong understanding of industry trends, and their impact on companies globally - Assist and support MedTech research/ project leads in building eminence for company Med Tech practice - Integrate and analyse primary research, and secondary data with other market knowledge to draw inferences and conclusions. - Support research proposals and projects being developed by MedTech project leads by contributing to the research project end to end - Develop research hypothesis and questions (Questionnaire); analysing data (Quantitative and Qualitative), validate research hypothesis, extract insights, and synthesize findings. - Work with project leads to understand, refine, and help them manage stakeholder expectations and priorities - Apply established research tools and methodologies/ research techniques to support decision making - Demonstrate strong writing skills as required for market/industry/company- intelligence and thought leadership reports, including strong structuring and storyboarding - Being autonomous and independently managing all aspects of project to ensure outcomes, and meet deadlines by demonstrating high level of ownership, accountability, and productivity. Educational &amp; Skill Requirement: - Any Graduation Degree (Medical/Pharmacy preferred) - Postgraduate Degree - MBA/PGDBM equivalent - Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written, knowledge in MS Office - Effective project &amp; time management skills (ability to meet project deadlines) - Ability to multi-task daily projects, able to meet timelines and project commitments.
