1. Anchor/ support overseas and India aviation accounts for specific solutions in areas of expertise
2. Ideate and curate solutions for aviation and allied businesses based on market and client needs
3. Ownership of key accounts including meeting sales, revenue, project delivery and practice management KPIs consistently
4. Drive innovation in problem solving and solutioning for aviation and allied businesses
5. Engage with CXOs and business heads on a regular basis
6. Provide thought leadership and engage in firm's branding and business development initiatives across sectors and service lines of relevance to core competencies
7. Open to travel frequently (in India and overseas) for project and business needs
8. Actively support the business in achieving its short-term and long-term growth targets and aspirations
9. Build and manage multiple teams on sales and project delivery requirements across different locations
10. Build a collaborative culture
