Following are the details:-

Position: Consultant / Sr. Consultant - FS or M & A Tax

Qualification: CA

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Job Description (Generic):-

1. Conceptualization of restructuring options from succession planning and tax efficiency perspective, with active involvement in the implementation of the preferred option.

2. Group restructuring :-

- Conceptualization of various restructuring options.

- Discussions with top-level management and lawyers.

- Preparation of detailed presentations encapsulating implications from a tax and regulatory view point.

3. Conducting extensive tax due diligence of the target by understanding its multifarious taxation and highlighting potential tax issues;

4. Preparation of activity charts, trackers and road maps for implementation assignments;

5. Preparation detailed notes for addressing various issues faced by clients under Companies Act and Income Tax Act;

6. Advising client on various matters considering provisions of Income Tax Act, Companies Act and Indian Accounting Standards.

7. Conducting FEMA Due diligence and preparing detailed report with indicating way forward for the issues discovered.

8. Mining opportunities and preparing pitch presentations.

9. Preparation of training presentations for external trainings.

10. Preparation articles for media prints.

11. Management of internal risk processes and ensuring compliance thereof.
