Hiring Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai

Experience : 1 to 11 yrs

Key Skills : for Functional role

- Experience in any ERP - Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle

- Experience in HR processes and should have worked on more than two projects in a functional capacity on at least one HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Absence, Compensation modules

- Experience in HCM processes

- Experience in at least two or more support/maintenance projects

- Excellent Communication Skills

Key skills : for Technical role

- Workday - EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Core HCM / Benefits / Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT / XML, Web Services API

- Oracle EBS - PL/SQL, SQL, Fast Formulas, XML Publisher, Data Conversions, Interfaces, AME, Workflow, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms

- PeopleSoft - App Designer, Component Interface, PeopleCode, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, XML Publisher, SQL, Data Mover, File Layout, Integration Broker, App Messaging

- SAP / SuccessFactors - ABAP HR, ABAP WebDynpro, Dell Boomi, HR Renewal / UI5 / Fiori, PI, HANA, ODATA, BI / BOBJ

- Any HR ERP, Middleware - Taleo, Kronos, Cornerstone, Informatica, Cast Iron, MuleSoft, SOA, ADF etc.

- Should have Developed API, Web Services using DotNet, Java, Struts

- Ability to code, write design / technical specifications, perform code reviews, understand integration strategies, perform data conversions, and understand how HR interfaces with other modules

- Excellent Communication Skills
