Consultant/Senior Consultant - Leading Executive Search Firm in Mumbai

India's most agile Executive Search firm is looking for dynamic professionals with 4-5 years of work experience in research/ consulting/ professional services/ investment banking background to join them as Consultants/ Sr. Consultants in Mumbai.

The job role would involve :

1. Industry / Sector Research

- Research & map industry/ sector/domain wherever required, identify the key organizations & the leaders in these organizations.

- Map the organization structure / team structure

2. Candidate Interaction

- Be able to engage with C-level Executives to assess their interest and fitment with the opportunity

3. Client Interaction

- Participate in client meetings to capture requirements and define scope of work

4. New Business Acquisition

- Develop proposition for acquiring new business through sector study, industry mapping and organization research

- Initiate first level of contact including meetings with target companies

The performance of the consultant would be measured by the value & volume of closures of positions.
