Consultant/Sr. Consultant - Industry 4.0

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Play a team lead role in one or more of the following areas relating to Industry X.0 (refer above for definition and coverage):

a. Solution development

b. Business development

c. Consulting service delivery (client facing projects)

- Actively support leadership teams on large opportunities and projects

- Develop and mentor junior team members and manage external agencies comprising ecosystem / consortium partner's team members and sub-contracted service providers

- Develop and maintain knowledge repositories and share assignment specific learning across teams

- Support and participate in teams for developing path-breaking / innovative concepts and methodologies and tools

- Participate in global client service delivery and internal initiatives / programs

- Groom for Management positions

THE INDIVIDUAL :

- Domain knowledge from one or more sectors: industrial manufacturing and automotive, energy and natural resources, infrastructure & construction, financial services, consumer, retail, life-sciences and pharmaceuticals, telecom, media and technology

- Functional knowledge and experiences in one or more areas : business consulting, technology development / implementation, data analytics

- Should have implemented 1 or more Industry X.0 / digital transformational project in India / overseas - demonstrate experience / contribution in areas such as design of technical architecture, development of tech-stacks for implementation, knowledge of IT-OT integration, enterprise architecture development, working with the digital eco-system partners, IoT and Edge connectivity, web-app &mobile-app development, proficiency in development of visual platforms, robotics, industrial mechanization, working with / developing API, data strategy, business case for implementation, digital twin, others

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

- Ability to work well in a team, resourcefulness, and ability to 'get things done'

- Ability to work in a high-performance and dynamic environment

- Strong analytical skills and fast-learner abilities

- Client service culture and excellent relationship management skills

QUALIFICATION :

- Engineering Degree

- Masters' Degree - MBA Degree preferred

- 6+ years of industry experience

- Additional certifications related to above specifications are preferred
