- Full Time MBA ( HR ) from a reputed institute, B Tech will be an added advantage
- 08 to 14 years post MBA HR Experience
- Exposure to working in MNC Matrix environment, spl in Telecom, IT, BPO / KPO, Hi Tech sector
Should have handled the following portfolio in previous assignments:
Generalist HR ( 20 % )
1. HR Business Partnering role / HR Consultant role
2. HR Partner in projects like Business Transformation, Resource Management, Headcount Budgeting, Recruitment & Selection, On boarding process etc
3. Hands on exposure to dealing with Employee Relations - PIP Process, Absconding Cases, Conflict Management, Escalation Management etc
4. Hands on exposure to R&R, Employee Engagement Activities, Employee Communication and Connect
HR Projects / Process ( 80 % )
5. Should have centrally project managed 2-3 cycles of Performance Management, Annual Comp Review, Bonus payout etc - Good understanding of consulting Comp bench marking
6. Hands on exposure to Talent Management Framework and MDP rollout
7. Exposure to consulting Methodology, Compensation Benchmarking, Understanding of Benefits structure like Insurance, Car Lease, NPS etc.
8. HR Policy drafting / review
9. Organisation wide Diversity initiatives programmes
10. GPW / Top Employer certification,
11. Exposure to ISO compliance, HRIS, HR Tools etc
12. Basic Understanding of labour laws and employment framework ( PF, Min Wages, Maternity, Bonus, Contract Labour, S&E Act etc )
13. Excellent Presentation Skills, Clear thought process, excellent command over MS office spl excel and power point
