Candidate should have exp as a HR Transformation and Analytics practitioner with some experience in organization design.
The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with onsite engagement teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Process redesign & process improvement
- Improving overall HR operational efficiency through various interventions including technology (interview guide, work activity analysis, synthesis of information, report)
- Conducting HR Benchmarking and Research
- Experience in HR organization design analysis using OrgVueor related tools and process designing using ARIS / Vision
- Understanding of various survey tools including Qualtrics
- Creating business case and RFPs
- Conducting HR Technology Vendor Assessment and providing Project Management Office support
- Driving communications with the onshore stakeholders using different media (emails, calls, VC etc.) to ensure there are no gaps
- Taking complete ownership for standalone deliverables, managing the relationship with the client that significantly contributes to the overall success of the project
- Supporting capability building, demand generation and identifying areas where KGS can provide support to other member firms
Qualification and Skills:
- 3-8 years- of experience in HRT and/or HRA
- Strong excel skills should be able to build macros using VBA
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Aris, Qualtrics, OrgVue and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly establish a rapport with colleagues and clients
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Education and Years of Work Experience:
- Candidates should have 3 to 8 years work experience post MBA/Master's degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) of which at least 2+ year of experience in Technology enabled change related projects, HRT and HRA is desired in the consulting industry
